How long will it take to print my order?
Orders of 100 total impressions or less will be processed and ready for shipping within 24 hours of the ship date placed on the order. Larger orders may take longer; please contact the operations manager for an approximate turnaround time if your order is larger. Normally, orders are delivered to the school site within 48 hours of the ship date that is selected on the order.
Why did my photograph turn out muddy?
If your order was submitted as a hard copy, we may have lost some detail in the copying or printing process. If it is critical for your order to have good, clean photos in the finished product, please make sure that you submit electronic files that have been properly prepared.
How can I save more money on my order?
Do you really need your order reproduced on one side only? Using both sides of the sheet saves money, and natural resources. You might also consider using colored paper on the cover sheet of your packet only, and using white bond for the inside pages. What is the minimum order I can place with the print shop?
Your order has to have a minimum of 30 total impressions. This means, you may have two originals and need 15 impressions of each, 3 originals and need ten impressions of each, etc. Please use the copier in your site for orders smaller than 30 total copies.
Can you tell me if my order is done?
You can easily check on this before calling us! First, log in the online ordering system. Then, click on the link "Check Your Orders". If there is a date in the "Date Shipped" column for the job you are looking up, it has left the print shop and should either be on the way to you or in your school. If the order status has been marked as shipped for more than one business day and you have still not received your order please contact us.
My order was shipped, but I have not received it. What should I do?
If, after a reasonable amount of time has gone by and your order has not arrived, the print shop will reprint the order for free. Just send us the originals and we will make your order our top priority. We do ask that a reasonable search be conducted for the order. (Often the order is found somewhere in the building it was to be sent to, but is in another teacher's area.)

Please note that 8-1/2 by 14 inch and 11 by 17 inch card stock is available in white only. We also stock white 60 Pound Offset for higher quality publications. It is slightly heavier and more opaque than 20# bond.
